We agreed on a price over the phone and Patrick met me the next day promptly at the time agreed with two helpers in the truck. I did not stay to watch the work, but Patrick sent me an e-mail message later in the day with photos attached, some from inside the vent, showing a blockage and the work. He found a bee’s nest in the vent about which I had been concerned and cleared it out. No additional charge. He deducted 10% for my Angie’s list coupon. I am satisfied. I only marked “B” for “professionalism” because I paid with a credit card and Patrick had a little i-phone attachment to read the card. He had considerable difficulty getting the right app up and making it work. The receipt was supposed to go to my e-mail automatically but it did not. When I asked about it Patrick sent it two more times to my e-mail and once in a text. Only the link in the text really worked. When I finally got the receipt it did not look like a professional business receipt with an itemized list of the work done, price, discount and tax. It was more of an internet creation. Patrick would make a better impression if he gets his software provider to create a more professional looking receipt. But this was minor and not a real problem.
