I called on a Monday for an appointment to clean our a/c vents. Patrick asked a few questions (house square footage, what style house), and then gave me a quote over the phone and a date for service – which was during the same week I called (Friday appointment). He arrived with helper when he said he would and got to work. Vents were quite dirty so I expected a longer cleaning time. It took less time then he mentioned over the phone. Ducts look terrific. Overall a great vendor – from initial phone contact to showing up on time to getting job done. Highly recommend this firm.
